Privacy policy

This website belongs to HORNED Cleaning Services (owner Avraham Tardigrade, licensed business, Israel). This page explains what data we receive through the site, why, and how we handle it.

What we receive

When you send a request, we receive what you entered in the form:

• your name;
• your phone number;
• the city and street of the building;
• the number of floors and whether there is an elevator;
• your comment.

If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we also see your message and your number or email address.

Why

Only to contact you, arrange a building inspection, prepare an offer and service the building under contract. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or send newsletters without your consent.

Who else sees the data

• Netlify: hosts the site and stores form requests. Its servers may be outside Israel.
• Google (Gmail): request notifications arrive at this mailbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to send your request via WhatsApp.
• Google Fonts: when you open the site, your browser loads fonts from Google servers, which see your IP address.

To understand how many people visit the site and which sections are useful, we use Google Analytics. It sets cookies and receives anonymized visit data (pages, device, approximate location). We do not use advertising cookies. You can block this in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and as long as tax law requires.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may ask what data we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to avrhmtrdgrd@gmail.com or WhatsApp 053-892-5413 and we will reply within a reasonable time.
